Clients are advised not to shower for at least 2-4 hours following the treatment but preferably not for 12 hours as the products remain active for 12 hours. If you do go for a workout following the treatment the slimming effect will be increased. You need to drink LOTS of water to ensure toxins are flushed and everything released during the treatment gets drained.
